A saucer with a hole in the center, designed for an avocado seed. When placed on a glass cup or any other container filled with water, the bottom of the seed touches the water. After about a month, the roots show - and the seed begins to sprout a beautiful avocado stem and leaves. The saucer allows the growth process and afterwards houses a beautiful plant that adds life and color wherever it is placed.

The piece has gone through two firings, the first reaching a temperature of 950 degrees and the second around 1,200 degrees.
It is safe for use, and can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher, and can be placed in the microwave.
It's important to remember that the vessel is made of 100% clay and is fragile - it should be handled with care, like any ceramic ware.
