MudMade Studio | Terms of Use
The purchase of a product on the site will constitute a declaration on your part that you have read these regulations, understood them, and agreed to them.
The Ceramic Vessels and Their Uniqueness
All products in the studio are created by hand, and therefore are necessarily different from each other, even when they are from the same series.
Since clay and glazes are organic materials, changes may occur throughout the life of the vessel. For example, light matte finish glazes might slightly change color with use, especially if the item is used for liquids like tea and coffee. Certain juices can also slightly color the glaze, leaving a slight haze in the color of the liquid.
Due to photographic conditions, there may be slight color variations between the photographs and the actual vessels. However, the photographs generally do depict the specific items that can be purchased. In other cases, the photographs might depict similar items from the same series. In these cases, this is explicitly noted under the photograph, and it should be taken into account that slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur.
If you wish to know the measurements of a specific vessel, please email me at rotem2cohen@gmail.com and I will provide precise details.
Safety and Use
All ceramic vessels are fired twice at high temperatures (950 degrees and then 1,200 degrees).
They are intended for drinking and food purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site, in which cases the intended use is purely sculptural.
All ceramic vessels can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher and can also be used in a microwave.
In Case of Inventory Shortages
Since the vessels are created by hand, the inventory is limited. I am careful to update the site continuously, but there may be cases where a product is out of stock and this has not yet been updated on the site. In such a case that you have purchased a product that is no longer available, I will update you as soon as possible and your money will be fully refunded.
Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries inside Israel will generally be fulfilled within 7 business days to the address you provided during the order. However, shipping to certain areas, such as East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Mitzpe Ramon may take up to 10 days.
Please note:
-
Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For quick and efficient shipping, please enter the address where you will be available during these hours.
-
Please ensure that the phone number you provided during purchase is updated so we can coordinate delivery time efficiently.
-
Since the studio works with an external shipping company, delays unrelated to the studio may occur. However, you can contact me at rotem2cohen@gmail.com, and I promise to do everything possible to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
Return and Exchange Policy
I hope you will be satisfied with the products you purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return or exchange any item as long as it has not been used and no damage has been caused. In such a case, the customer will bear the shipping costs of the return.
How to return an item?
Email me at rotem2cohen@gmail.com with the order number, details of the item you wish to exchange/return, and the reason. I will contact you within two business days and coordinate the exchange/return of the item.
Please note:
-
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items can be returned within 10 business days of receipt. In such a case, the full purchase amount will be refunded to you. The service is limited to one consecutive return. Subsequent refund requests from the same customer will not be accepted.
-
A refund will be processed within 14 days after the studio receives the returned item, in accordance with credit card company guidelines.
-
The refund will be made under the same conditions as the original transaction (for example, if the item price was paid in installments, the refund will also be made in installments).
-
There is no possibility of a cash refund for items purchased during a promotion. Such items can be exchanged for another item at the same price or for store credit.
-
In the case of an exchange, customers will bear the shipping costs in both directions, even if the original order included free shipping.
